An app to test how changes to a city’s rooftops (using a representative sample) can change the city’s impact on the Earth’s climate. Users view a sample map of a set of buildings in a fictional desert city. As users evaluate each plot of buildings, they learn about the conditions of those buildings and similar buildings in the city. Users select a roof modification (paint roofs white, install solar panels, or leave unchanged) for each sample plot of buildings and see results in data and graphical outputs.
